A Cooperative in the Midwest had the need to fill an opening for a Key Account role, but candidate responses to their recruiting messages were just not qualified.  Most of the candidates that replied to the posting were focused more on sales versus the relationship management and building that we needed. Bessire helped to refine the recruiting message and expanded the search to areas beyond their market to generate a much more robust, qualified pool of candidates.  Their recruiting message was optimized and carefully crafted and best of all, it worked!    The Cooperative was happy with how Bessire helped with the Key Account role and have enlisted our expertise to also help in their need for lineman as well.

A Southeastern Cooperative needed a Mapping Technician and had not had a lot of success finding candidates themselves; therefore, Bessire felt it was necessary to try and reach out to candidates by going beyond their normal routine of posting to the NRECA website.  Bessire helped to strategize on what job boards to use and which markets to post in to recruit talent beyond their limited rural background.   At the end of 30 days, the Cooperative had narrowed their pool to 19 candidates that were possibilities to consider in their recruiting process.
