Facts on Google Jobs:
- Right now 121 million monthly visitors that go to Indeed are through Google (Indeed’s #1 source of traffic) and this number could vanish overnight when the new jobs platform goes live.
- In the coming weeks, Google is going to start compiling job results “above the fold” in their own platform, pulling from various job boards and organic career sites.
- CareerBuilder has been partnering with Google over the last 6 months sharing data to help create this seamless search platform to help job seekers find the best opportunities. This will result in increased traffic and improved performance from Careerbuilder.
