We needed an IT Sales tech. solution was Bessire! We have 3 finalist. 2 are Senior AE types and 1 is an AE type. Very impressed, each candidate presented a Microsoft preso and delivered a business plan. As one would expect the Senior guys did much better than the AE. I think we have a very good chance to hire at least two now and bring the third one in October. Next steps are to come to closure on the comp plans internally. Please send over another contract for the posting customization at 10 postings again. So far it’s working pretty good. We are not getting any more resumes than we normally get, but we are getting better quality resumes.
We needed three telecom IT Sales AE’s in S. Florida. Our solution was Bessire – they utilized the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) product and found 250 candidates. With all those candidates Bessire created a short list of 9 “A” Candidates.
