The Bessire team has over 20 years worth of recruiting experience making Bessire & Associates, Inc. a solid, successful provider of customized recruiting solutions.

Established in 1996, Bessire began producing Sales Recruitment Events in strategic major markets throughout the U.S. These events allowed clients to conduct face to face interviews with multiple sales professionals, in just one day. Our sales recruiters meet individually with applicants ensuring clients meet only with sales professionals meeting their company’s position requirements.

Forming strong client relationships led to learning about further client challenges and needs in the recruiting world. To accommodate and fulfill client requests, Bessire took the knowledge and experience gained over the years, and expanded services beyond Sales Recruitment Events. Today, our unique approach to recruiting remains the same — to educate and help our clients make a GOOD match between their company and an applicant. While we uncover the learned and natural skills and abilities of potential applicants, we do not coach but rather allow applicants to shine for who they really are. We do, however, coach the client to clearly define their position requirements in order to reveal core competencies needed for success in the job. This results in matching an applicant to the specific position rather than changing the position to match the specific applicant.
